Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils medicinally to enhance emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. The natural plants that produce essential oils are divinely ordained as medicine. When essential oils are inhaled, the tiny molecules stimulate cells in the olfactory membrane, which send signals to the limbic system. The brain then communicates with other parts of the body to calm the nerves and ground emotions. The benefits of essential oils extend to every aspect of our wellbeing.
